TO ACCOMPLISH THIS MISSION, WE WORK TO: 1. BUILD A BROAD MOVEMENT OF WORKERS BY HELPING WORKERS JOIN AND FORM UNIONS. 2. SUPPORT WORKERS AS THEY BARGAIN WITH EMPLOYERS TO IMPROVE THEIR LIVING CONDITIONS AND WORKPLACES, AS WELL AS THEIR COMMUNITIES, STATE AND NATION. 3. The mission of Aurora's is to introduce teenagers to management through the production of fundraising events and simulated board meetings under the guidance of adult professionals. The organization will raise funds for the community through these events while promoting among teenagers an awareness of the various types of entities and their mission.
