Grants to New Jersey nonprofit organizations and for-profit entities serving eligible locations for community services and programs that benefit elderly residents, military veterans, and people with physical or developmental disabilities. Funding is intended for a range of services, including but not limited to, transportation assistance, mental health services, meal delivery, and caregiver services. Eligible applicants serve the residents of Morris County. The goal of the grant program is to ensure the availability of community-based services as an alternative to institutionalization.
The County of Morris is committed to supporting agencies that offer client-centered, trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care in a stigma-free environment. This public funding may only be billed for a specific unit of service when there is no third-party insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, or any other type of reimbursement, in whole or in part, for that service unit.

The County of Morris reserves the right to renew Subgrant agreements for the period of January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024, based upon the annual program review and the availability of funding.
