Grants to USA nonprofit organizations in communities where the funding source has a business presence for programs that benefit low and moderate-income and diverse communities. Focus areas include education, human services, the environment, affordable housing, and community economic development. Organizations seeking funding may apply for either general operating or programmatic support.

Eligible regions include Arizona, California, the Pacific Northwest, Atlanta, Chicago, New Jersey, New York, and Texas.

The Foundation can achieve the greatest impact on the health of communities by targeting the following strategic funding categories:
