TO PROVIDE EDUCATION AND RECOGNITION TO NEWLY ENLISTED MILITARY SERVICE MEMBERS AND THEIR FAMILIES. TO ASSIST COMMUNITIES THROUGH OUT THE US IN PROVIDING EDUCATION AND RECOGNITION TO NEWLY ENLISTED MILITARY SERVICE MEMBERS AND THEIR FAMILIES.

ADVANCE THE PROFESSIONAL ABILITY OF MEMBERS, PROMOTE THE UNITY MORALE OF MEMBERS, PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO CHILDREN OF MEMBERS, PROVIDE FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO SURVIVORS OF MEMBERS, PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO CHILDREN OF ENLISTED COAST GUARD MEMBER, ENSURE THAT MEMBERS HAVE INFORMATION CONCERNING THEIR BENEFITS TO ADVOCATE FOR THEIR BENEFITS.

TO ASSIST PERSONS AND THEIR FAMILIES WHO ARE THE VICTIMS OF SERIOUS ACCIDENTS, ILLNESSES OR MILITARY SERVICE INJURIES RESULTING IN VARYING DEGREES OF PARALYSIS.
