THE CORPORATION IS ENGAGED IN THE ACTIVITIES DIRECTED TO THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL WELFARE BY COMBATING COMMUNITY DETERIORATION, PROMOTING AND SUPPORTING REVITALIZATION OF DISTRESSED NEIGHBORHOODS. LESSENING NEIGHBORHOOD TENNSIONS, WORKING TOWARDS THE ELIMINATION OF PREJUDICE AND DISCRIMINATION IN COMMUNITIES AND/OR RELIEVING THE POOR AND DISTRESSED. IN ADDITION, THE CORPORATION PROVIDES EDUCATION AND HEALTH SUPPORT SERVICES TO THE LOW AND MODERATE INCOME RESIDENTS OF ITS AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENTS.
