PROVIDE HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS FROM THE SHORE CONFERENCE THE ABILITY TO COMPETE AMONGST THEIR PEERS IN TRACK AND FIELD EVENTS. THIS PROGRAM PROMOTES AND FOSTERS AMATEUR SPORTS COMPETITION AND TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO GRADUATING HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS FROM THE SHORE CONFERENCE HIGH SCHOOLS WHO PARTICIPATED IN CROSS COUNTRY, WINTER TRACK OR SPRING TRACK TO DEFRAY COLLEGE COSTS TO ACHIEVE THEIR ACADEMIC AND ATHLETIC PURSUITS.
