Grants to New Jersey nonprofit and for-profit entities serving eligible locations to benefit young residents with special emotional and social needs. Funding is intended for services that benefit youth and children who are at risk of being taken out of their homes. Services should be community-based, child and family-centered, strength-based, and culturally competent. The goal of the grant program is to enable children and adolescents to remain at home, in school, and out of trouble. Eligible applicants serve the residents of Morris County.
The County of Morris is committed to supporting agencies that offer client-centered, trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care in a stigma-free environment. Target populations are children and youth with special social/emotional needs who are at risk of out-of-home placement.

The County of Morris reserves the right to renew Subgrant agreements for the period of January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024, based upon the annual program review and the availability of funding.
